How It Works

Earn 1 point for every dollar you spend at Brar’s. Every 100 points can be redeemed for $4, in multiples of 100 (up to 1,000 points, equal to $40). Enjoy 100 points when you join and 200 points on your birthday!

Do my points expire?

No, Brar’s VIP club rewards do not expire.

Can I earn points through my delivery service providers?

Unfortunately, points can only be purchased through in-store or online purchases at this time.

What happens if my card is lost, stolen or destroyed?

We cannot refund lost, stolen, or damaged cards. Protect your balance by registering your card at www.brars.ca

Do I have to pay for a rewards card?

There is no charge to join our rewards program!

What if someone stole my card and used it before I could secure it online?

Brar’s is not responsible for unauthorized use, or for lost or stolen rewards cards.

Can I exchange my rewards points for cash?

Reward points can be redeemed for products or food at Brar’s locations or on our website. They cannot be exchanged for cash.

Can I use the introductory bonus 100 points for an immediate purchase?

You must make a purchase after enrolling to use your bonus points.

Do I need to register my rewards card online to use it?

No. Registration is optional, but it helps protect your points if your card is lost.

Are rewards points earned on the total amount before or after tax?

Points are earned on the total amount spent, including taxes. Points are not issued on gratuity.
