In 1991, Dial Pabla took the reins of Brar’s with one clear mission: to set a new standard for freshness and quality in Indian vegetarian cuisine. What started as a small sweets and savories shop quickly won a loyal following by doing something uncommon at the time—never serving food made the day before. Guided by his belief that “If it’s not good enough to feed my family, it’s not good enough for my customers,” Dial built Brar’s on integrity, care, and uncompromising quality. That philosophy still defines Brar’s today, from our restaurants to the products our customers proudly bring home.
